Fruit Smoothies.

Recently I have really started getting into smoothies. I think they’re perfect for this time of the year and you can experiment and create them as wild as you like. I have gathered a few of my favourite recipes on here to share with you all.

Mango and Banana.

  • Half a mango
  • One whole banana
  • Orange juice (totally forgot to add this in whilst taking pictures)
  • 4 ice cubes

This one is my favourite. It also tastes much better when you actually remember to put the orange juice in (whoops).

 

Berry Good.

  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • 1tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 4 ice cubes

 

Slim Down.

  • Frozen berries
  • Low fat yogurt (I used mullerlight vanilla)
  • Orange juice

 

Banana and Chocolate.

  • 2 tbsp chocolate powder
  • One whole banana
  • 300ml milk
  • 4 ice cubes

 

Blueberry.

  • Two bananas
  • Orange juice
  • Blueberries
  • 4 ice cubes

 

Mango Madness.

  • Pineapple
  • Vanilla yogurt (again I used mullerlight)
  • Mango
  • Banana
  • 4 ice cubes

 

So there are the best six smoothies in my opinion. I’ve decided not to add any measurements into the ingredients as I think it’s down to personal preference on how much you’d like to add. If you prefer one fruit more than another then add more. If anyone tries any out, be sure to let me know your opinions or let me know any ones you love so I can try them out too.
