I bloody love pancakes me. Warm, fluffy pancakes covered in lemon juice and sugar.. Mmmmmm. I think thats definitely my favourite way to have them and maybe dipped into a bit of Nutella too. So since its pancake day and I know people always forget I thought id share with you a quick and easy recipe I found from the one and only Mary Berry herself so you can whip some up so you don’t miss out, or you could just pop to the supermarket and pray that they still have some pancake mixes in the bottles left if you’re not a very baker like me. You will need: 125g plain flour, 1 egg, 1 yolk and 300ml milk – roughly make 12 thin pancakes and the recipe is here.
Hope you all enjoy your pancakes and they all turn out okay. Have you decided if you’re going to give anything up for lent? (you give up a sin for 40 days and 40 nights – it starts on 1st March, ends 13th April) I’ve decided to give up chocolate!!!!!! Wish me luck 🙂 xo.
