If you’ve been following me a while you’ll know I’m a big fan of Zoe Sugg, the face behind the brand Zoella. So when she announced she was releasing a collection with ColourPop and that her latest Zoella Beauty Collection would be her last, I knew I had to get my hands on some of it.
Zoella X ColourPop
I went with the ‘Brunch Date‘ eyeshadow palette as the colours are absolutely perfect for me. I’m not really one for crazy colours on my eyes. Some of the colours are quite neutral and others are quite shimmery/glittery. Unfortunately one of the colours was damaged when it arrived. But it had come from America and it was still usable. The colours blend really well together and a little goes a long way. If you’re into nude and glittery eyeshadows, this is definitely the palette for you.
Next I got the ‘XOXO‘ creme pencil eyeliner. I’ve used it a few times on my inner top lash line and it’s absolutely perfect. It stays on really well and is dark so always makes my eyes stand out.
Lastly I bought the ‘Little One‘ liquid lipstick which is probably my favourite. The colour is beautiful and suits me really well. Again, it stays on for a while and I only needed to top it up once throughout the day.
I’ve never used ColourPop before but will definitely be buying some more bits after purchasing these. If you’re thinking about getting anything from the Zoella collection I’d definitely recommend it, you won’t be disappointed.
Whenever Zoe has released a new beauty collection I’ve always got my hands on most, if not all of the new releases. The scents are always perfect and nothing like I’ve purchased before. So when she announced that this would be last ever collection she was doing with Zoella Beauty, I knew I had to buy it all.
The collection has the Banana Foam Body Wash, Berry Medley Jam Body Scrub, Fruit Medley Body Mist, Peach Body Sorbet and Berry Medley, Watermelon and Apricot & Peach Fragrance Rollerballs. If you are a fan of fruity smells then this range is PERFECT for you.
The banana foam is really strong, moisturising and great for shaving. The peach moisturiser is really light on the skin and leaves it feeling super soft. Doesn’t leave your skin feeling sticky or greasy. It’s actually the best moisturiser I’ve ever used. The fragrance rollerballs and body mist are strong scented and last really well. My fiancé isn’t really one for compliments but I put on the body mist the other day and he told me I smelt really nice. So that proves just how good it is HA.
I’m really pleased with my bits from the ColourPop and Beauty collection. I couldn’t recommend them enough. If you love any of the other Zoella Beauty bits then it’s also worth stocking up on them now. Let me know if you’ve tried any of these or if you do purchase anything new let me know what you think.
